Who are your engagements suitable for?
We work primarily with industrial SMEs and owner-led businesses in the Klang Valley — manufacturers, B2B service firms, and companies at transition points. Our engagements are not suited to early-stage startups or consumer-facing retail businesses.
How do engagements typically begin?
We usually start with a brief conversation — in person or by phone — to understand what is prompting the enquiry and whether our work is the right fit. If it is, we agree a written scope and begin within a reasonable time frame.
Are the fees negotiable?
The fees listed are the fees we charge. We do not negotiate them downward, but we also do not add to them. What is stated is what you pay.
What do you deliver at the end of an engagement?
Each engagement concludes with a written document tailored to your firm. The Health Check produces a summary of observations under twelve pages. The Supply-Side Review produces a structured written report with practical adjustments. The M&A Advisory produces prepared materials for acquirer conversations.
How do you handle confidential information?
Everything shared with us in the course of an engagement is held in confidence. We do not share client information with other clients or third parties. For M&A work, this is a condition we treat with particular seriousness.
Do you work outside of Shah Alam?
Our primary focus is the Klang Valley — Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Klang, and surrounding industrial areas. We consider enquiries from elsewhere in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur on a case-by-case basis.
